  • 2 cups of chopped cucumber

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and dill.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
